Bot Attributes are variables that you define for the bot. The value of this kind of variable is consistent with all users who interact with a bot. You can define information such as the address and contact number of your business. You can update them in the Data panel.

You can manage Bot Attributes in the left section of Flow Editor. Creating and deleting an attribute can be done similarly to ​Flow Variable​.
