Variables are dynamic fields that contain different data. They are placed in the Data Panel that is located on the left side of the Editor. Convoboss variable system includes 4 types.

Variables are great for creating features that require calculations, booking, and order.

You can use User Attributes to contain all the information the bot receives about a user from Facebook like {first name} to greet your chat users. Setting up only one time in the flow and it will be applied for all conversations​​ handled by a bot.

You can also create a custom flow variable and put them in any part of the message. Just select the variable and our system will automatically help you insert the variable.
